Fine art school portraits provide a unique, boutique experience for families and genuinely capture the personality of each child. It lets the child be him or herself, whether it's silly and outgoing, or shy and quiet. Smiles are never forced and the portraits capture the child on that day. The results are timeless and authentic portraits. Fine art school portraits are a fun and laid back experience to allow each child to relax and be themselves.
Picture day made simple
Blue Bicycle provides all necessary equipment, shoots on a classic black background, and captures students and staff.
Parents will receive approximately 3-5 edited images of their child in both color and black and white, in an online gallery. Parents may download photos from their gallery to save, share, and print however you want.
Prior to picture day, parents will receive a PDF detailing how to prepare for picture day.
Schools may schedule picture day for any time of the academic year that is convenient for them.
Cost
Blue Bicycle charges one flat fee to the school for the entire picture day process that includes digital downloads of all the photos. Schools choose how to best cover the cost of photo day among parents and staff.
Benefits for schools
Any staff who want their photo taken receive a complimentary download. The school will also receive all high resolution digital files to use for website, yearbooks, school advertising, or however the school wishes at no added cost.
All questions about school picture day are handled through Blue Bicycle. All schools need to do is collect money for the fee and forward a few emails to parents surrounding picture day.
